About the Opportunity

We're a fast-growing general contractor specializing in large-scale industrial, manufacturing, and distribution center construction across the Southeast. Our project pipeline is anchored by a long-term relationship with one of the world's largest logistics and e-commerce operators, giving our teams consistent, high-volume work building mission-critical facilities across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction on large industrial and distribution facilities, working directly with a major national client's development and construction teams. This is a high-visibility role with a clear runway to Project Director for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of leadership for large-scale industrial/distribution/manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and quality control across multiple concurrent sites
• Act as the key client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with a major repeat client's project and development teams
• Lead site teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and support staff
• Oversee procurement, RFI/submittal processes, change order management, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client-specific program requirements
• Travel regularly to project sites across SC, NC, and GA (some overnight travel required)
• Partner with senior leadership on resourcing, business development, and pipeline planning as the program grows

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with significant time on industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution center projects
• Experience managing large-scale ground-up builds ($20M+ project values preferred)
• Prior experience working with major e-commerce, logistics, or big-box retail clients is a strong plus
• Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — this role represents the company directly to a major client
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to travel throughout SC, NC, and GA
