Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a stable and growing industrial/manufacturing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of transactional accounting, month-end responsibilities, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a collaborative environment. This is fully on-site. Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts Support AP/AR functions and daily cash reporting Assist with financial statement preparation and margin reporting Review sales/use tax filings and maintain accurate financial records Support internal controls, reporting requests, and process improvements Research and resolve payment discrepancies as needed Assist leadership with year-end activities and special projects What They’re Looking For: Accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment preferred Strong reconciliation and GL experience Comfortable working in ERP systems and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player willing to support multiple accounting functions This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, strong work-life balance, and long-term growth with an established company.
