Power Apps Platform Engineer - Vice President

The Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of automation processes, data integration techniques, and system architecture, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Automate workflows to ensure optimal performance. Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party services. Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate functionalities. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Automate and related technologies. Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Implement and enforce security measures and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform. Monitor and analyze usage metrics to optimize performance and resource allocation. Develop reusable components and templates to streamline development processes. Requirements: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications. Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices. Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred. In-depth knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance. Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Familiarity with security models and role-based access control within Power Platform. Ability to manage and optimize Power Platform environments and resources. Strong understanding of data integration and migration within Power Platform. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. Education: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience “Visa sponsorship/support is based on business needs. We do not anticipate providing visa sponsorship/support for this position.” The typical base pay range for this role is as follows: New York / New Jersey: $159k – $194k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
