Ibn Hamido - Orland Park
Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. We're hiring four prep and salad cooks.
What you'll do: build salads and cold mezze to order during service, run the daily prep list, wash and cut produce, portion and label, rotate stock and hold FIFO, keep the walk-in organized, and maintain your station to health code.
What we're looking for: kitchen prep experience helps, but we will train the right person from zero. What we can't train is showing up on time, working clean, and caring whether the plate looks right. If you're fast, tidy and coachable, apply. Knife comfort is a plus.
Where it goes: several of our line cooks will come out of this group. If you want to learn to cook, say so on your application and we'll put you where you can learn.
