Title Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Job Description What You’ll Be Doing: Providing thorough yet gentle cleanings, including scaling and root planing when needed Taking and reviewing digital X-rays as part of routine and diagnostic care Talking with patients about their oral health in a way that makes sense to them — not just dental jargon Placing sealants or fluoride treatments when appropriate and as recommended by the doctor Keeping detailed, accurate notes in the patient chart (we use Eaglesoft or something similar) Working closely with the doctors to help identify issues and support treatment planning Making sure hygiene patients are scheduled for their next visit and understand why it's important Pitching in to help the team when needed — turning over rooms, sterilizing instruments, etc. Keeping up with infection control and safety protocols so everyone (you included) stays protected Salary Range full-time $55 - $65 per hour Salary based on Experience.
