Responsibilities Assist HR generalist functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. Participate in full‑cycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates across departments such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and university partnerships. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes. Assist with the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and programs that scale with company growth and align with employment law requirements. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with a emphasis on full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within a fast‑paced technology or cybersecurity company. Solid understanding of core HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, security analysts, sales engineers, and cloud architects. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
