Hiring an HR Generalist in Seattle, WA!
Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Day to day:
- Support HR Director and Chief People Officer with day-to-day HR operations
- Manage recruitment efforts, including posting jobs across platforms like UKG Ready, Indeed, ect
- Administer onboarding processes, including offer letters, documentation, and orientation coordination
- Provide employee relations support to supervisors and managers regarding:
- Performance management
- Disciplinary actions
- Conflict resolution
- HR policy interpretation
- Assist with workplace investigations and corrective action processes
- Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, PFML, USERRA, etc.)
- Facilitate accommodation requests and maintain confidential compliance records
- Manage HRIS data and personnel records in UKG Ready
- Generate HR/compliance reports and coordinate with payroll on discrepancies
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Administer provider credentialing and privileging processes, including license verification and re-credentialing tracking
