One-Time Cleaning Needed for Apartment in Santa Monica, CA Looking for a professional housekeeper to perform a one-time cleaning in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Santa Monica, CA. The cleaning will focus on the following areas: My Son’s Vacated Bedroom: Including the walk-in closet and full bathroom. Shared Common Areas: Galley kitchen and living room space. Exclusions: The roommate’s bedroom and bathroom do not require cleaning. Please note: The roommate has a small, friendly dog, so there may be pet dander in the home. The current occupant is still living in the apartment, so only the vacated spaces and shared areas need attention. Looking for a reliable, thorough, and experienced housekeeper who is comfortable working in a space with a pet who is available November 23rd or a date thereafter for this one-time cleaning.
