• Keep customer equipment reliable through field repairs, installations, and proactive maintenance.
• Lead troubleshooting, stabilize processes, and coach operators with targeted training.
• Partner with sales on technical questions and solution scoping.
• Communicate clearly with everyone from machinists to executives.
• Protect the brand: act professionally and ethically in all settings.
• Document service actions meticulously; own your cases and projects end-to-end.
• Support additional related duties as needed.

• Direct work with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Depth across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.

• Preventive maintenance program creation and execution
• Motor maintenance, repair, and replacement
• Full-spectrum CNC machine repair
• Equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning
• CNC setup and changeover
• Spindle maintenance and repair
• Methodical CNC troubleshooting

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
