Technology Transactions Associate

Position Overview Our New York office is looking for a second to fifth year Technology Transactions associate with big law or relevant in‑house counsel experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of intellectual property law and demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions, including software, technology and content licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, and e‑commerce, media, and entertainment transactions. Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements and conducting IP due diligence, is a plus. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar. Compensation and Benefits Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Salary range: $235,000 – $365,000.
