Seasonal Position - Screenprint Quality Control

Seasonal Position - Screenprint Quality Control We are looking for a Quality Control associate for our Screenprint Team. The role involves monitoring garments for quality, communicating with team members when items are imperfect and need to be redone, folding, tagging, boxing, and counting garments, recording styles and quantities produced, and preparing items for shipping. Must be 17+ to apply. Shifts & Compensation First shift (Mon‑Fri 8a‑4p): Starting at $16/hr Second shift (Mon‑Thurs 4p‑2a): Starting at $18/hr Benefits & Perks Hot breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the on‑site cafeteria. Unlimited daily pay option. Flexibility to bring a dog to work. Relaxed dress code with employee merchandise discount. Flexible work schedules (full‑time, part‑time, and variations in between). Cognitive or Mental Requirements Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write. Requires good judgment, people‑oriented, flexible, organized, diplomatic, reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, helpful, and patient. Physical Demands Occasionally: Pushes, pulls, climbs, balances, bends, twists, crawls, reaches, lifts 25‑50 lbs, carries 25‑50 lbs, reaches at above or below shoulder height. Frequently: Lifts 10‑24 lbs and carries 10‑24 lbs. NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive and should in no way be considered a contract or guarantee of employment.
