Objectives of This Role: Projectcoordinatorsare responsible forensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on boardaboutany changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate project management activities, resources,equipment, and information Break projects into doable actions and settime frames Liaise with clients toidentifyand define requirements, scope, and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams andassistwith schedule management Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Job Requirements: Proven work experience as aproject coordinator or similar role, 0 to 2 years preferred Experience in project managementfrom conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement Strong client-facing andteamworkskills Preferred Qualifications: Good communicationand interpersonal skills, capable ofmaintainingstrong relationships Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Teammanagement and leadership skills Documentation management and ability to use project management tools Attention to details even under pressure Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
