Role Overview HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets multimanager firm, is hiring a Vice President for its Evergreen Solutions team in Boston. The role focuses on growing HarbourVest's private equity evergreen product line — comingled vehicles and separate accounts distributed to private wealth and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Investor Relations and Private Wealth teams to drive new business wins for HarbourVest's evergreen private markets vehicles Identify product capability builds and adjacencies for new evergreen product development Educate and engage the global Private Wealth and Investor Relations teams and other internal partners on the evergreen platform Deliver client and prospect pitches, and lead portfolio reviews with existing clients Oversee quality and consistency of client-facing responses and submissions Qualifications Strong understanding of private market evergreen vehicles and deep knowledge of private equity and the private wealth market Excellent presentation and client engagement skills, able to tailor messaging to different audiences Location & Format Hybrid role based in Boston, MA — 18 remote workdays per quarter, with travel required.
