As a Program Manager III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, Tampa, FL or Phoenix, AZ.The ideal candidate for this role will:Effectively manage and maintain relationships with senior leadership. Must possess strong analytical and presentation skills. Effectively analyze data, provide succinct results, and present solutions & data in an efficient way to assist senior leaders in making key decisions and developing strategies. Those with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities will be most successful.Demonstrate ability to quickly adjust to and lead change. Must be extremely flexible and adaptable. Leads the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may be greater than $25m.Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.Acts as a mentor to other program managers.
