AM Back Server

JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is hiring for experienced  AM Back  Servers  with a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality to join the team at  the Times Square Edition.

Back Servers are responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs efficiently. You must possess a genuine appreciation for the hospitality business.as well as maintaining the JF standards of service within the F&B outlet. 

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Assist servers in every step of service to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Set up, clear and clean tables before, during and after the service
• Polish and stock equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware)
• Ensure that guest tables and bus stations are maintained to our standards at all times and in a timely fashion
• Anticipate and accommodate all needs of the guests
• Provides professional and exceptional service while always maintaining a positive attitude
• Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members
• Maintain general cleanliness of stations and entire venue
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food menus and the company
• Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
• Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings
• Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings
• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook

Requirements :

• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
• Open Availability
• A friendly disposition and proactive nature
• Ability to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
• The ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion
