What You’ll Do

As a Group Personal Training Instructor, you’ll play a key role in inspiring and guiding our members on their fitness journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading dynamic, high-energy group workouts that are both challenging and fun.
- Providing personalized coaching and modifications to meet individual fitness levels and goals.
- Building relationships with members to foster a welcoming, inclusive community.
- Offering accountability and motivation to help members stay on track.
- Maintaining a safe and clean workout environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Trainer who brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every session. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1 year of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or a related field but we will train the right person.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- CPT certification from an accredited organization is required.

-Someone eager to grow as a trainer, we are looking for someone hungry for feedback and a desire to be the best.

-You must be available to work a varying schedule including early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
