At Burn Bootcamp - Eden Prairie, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Group Personal Trainer to join our energetic team. Located in Eden Prairie, MN, we’re more than just a gym – we’re a community dedicated to empowering individuals to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

As a Group Personal Trainer at Burn Bootcamp - Eden Prairie, you’ll play a key role in inspiring and guiding our members to achieve their fitness goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-energy, results-driven group fitness sessions.
- Providing individualized attention and modifications to ensure all members feel supported and challenged, regardless of fitness level.
- Building strong relationships with members to foster a welcoming and motivating environment.
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring the safety of all participants.
- Contributing to the overall positive and inclusive culture of Burn Bootcamp.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fitness. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in personal training or leading group fitness sessions is preferred but not required.

- Current CPT certification from and accredited organization or willingness to get one in the next 30 days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and motivate them.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all.
- A desire to grow and learn as part of a collaborative team.

-The ability to work early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
