Accounting Coordinator

Must Haves Associate's degree preferred but not required 2+ years of relevant work experience Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Your New Role As the Accounting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for insurance related accounts payable, GL entries, corporate accounts payable, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will complete monthly bank reconciliations, oversee company credit cards, and perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed. The team is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. This role will be hybrid, with two days in-office per week after the introductory training period. It is a temp-to-hire position, allowing a transition to a permanent role after a little over three months.
