- $90k-$115k/yr based on experience.

Your Impact as Director:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for rehabilitation in skilled nursing
- Manage the rehabilitation department's budget, equipment, and supply needs
- Foster strong relationships with the medical team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the therapy staff
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program required
- DOR Experience Preferred
- Current state license as a therapist
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
