Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Tahlequah, OK 74464

Pay rate: $1944/weekly gross

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Option 1: 07:30 pm - 8 am

• Option 2: 03:30 pm - 4 am
  

Duration: 02/09/26 - 05/09/26 (13-week contract, possible extension)

EMR:  Cerner

Cancellation policy: May cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks, but that's uncommon

Summary:  Seeking an Emergency Room RN to provide emergency care services to patients of all ages. The role involves responding to minor injuries, major trauma, accidents, and various urgent medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ clinical conditions, identify and interpret serious situations, and prioritize immediate care needs.

• Initiate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available.

• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.

• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory support, and mechanical ventilation.

• Document patient care activities, observations, nursing interventions, and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Prepare written assignments for team members, matching staff skills and abilities to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years RN-ER experience required

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact State RN License

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC

• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check, Drug Screen, etc.)
