We're looking for an exceptional MSP Director who thrives in high-growth environments, loves building new business, and is excited to help shape one of cybersecurity's fastest-growing categories.

Summary

As the MSP Director, you'll build and scale Nudge Security's MSSP and MSP partner ecosystem from the ground up. You'll own the entire partner lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding new partners to enabling their success and driving meaningful revenue through the channel.

This is a builder role. You're not inheriting a mature program. You'll have the opportunity to create the strategy, processes, and infrastructure that define our long-term partner motion while helping establish Nudge Security as the preferred partner for managed security providers.

Beyond the MSSP and MSP channel, you'll develop strategic relationships with cyber insurance carriers, SOC 2 compliance firms, and other technology and service partners that expand our market reach and create new opportunities for growth.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams that are passionate about helping customers secure modern work. We believe the best partnerships are built on trust, collaboration, and delivering meaningful value for both partners and customers.

What You'll Do

MSSP & MSP Partnerships (75%)

• Recruit, onboard, and activate MSSP and MSP partners across target verticals and geographies
• Build the program infrastructure: partner tiers, pricing and discount structures, enablement materials, and deal registration processes
• Train and enable partner sales and technical teams on Nudge Security's platform, positioning, and competitive differentiation
• Own and drive pipeline through partners, working deals end-to-end with defined revenue targets selling to and through MSSPs/MSPs from end to end with defined targets and quotas.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans with top partners and track performance against shared targets
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for your partner portfolio, from initial conversation through long‑term account health

Strategic Partnerships (25%)

• Identify and sign partnership agreements with cyber insurance carriers, SOC 2 compliance firms, and other high‑value ecosystem players
• Build joint value propositions and referral workflows that create mutual pipeline
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to bring partner initiatives to life

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management, ideally with a background in cybersecurity
• Deep familiarity with the MSSP/MSP landscape: how they buy, how they sell, and what makes a partnership actually work for them
• Proven track record building and scaling a channel program, not just managing an existing one–Has built or scaled a partner program from near zero
• Strong technical credibility. You can hold a substantive conversation with a security practitioner and translate product capabilities into partner value
• Experience working with cyber insurance, compliance, or related ecosystem partners is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and move fast without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels, from technical practitioner to C‑suite
• Comfortable operating without a playbook”

Compensation + Benefits

• Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
