Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher licensure required
• Demonstrated experience working with students with intellectual disabilities
• Comfortable developing and implementing individualized education and behavior support plans
• Confident collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and academic interventions per IEP goals
• Deliver effective behavioral support, utilizing evidence-based strategies
• Monitor, document, and report student progress on academic and behavioral targets
• Collaborate with families, support staff, and administration to ensure holistic student growth
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in the development of individualized plans
