Title: Scale Operator
Job ID: 1949-1
Client: Cargill
Duration: 3+ Months with possibility of extension.
Pay Rate: $18/hour on W2.
Location: 2930 LAKE GUNTERSVILLE PARK DRIVE, GUNTERSVILLE AL
Shift timings: Monday Through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours can sometimes vary but will always be the day shift.

Note: Must have steel toed boots. Cargill will provide the rest of the basic PPE.

Job Description

The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner providing excellent customer service.
As a Scale Operator, you will weigh inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
Be an involved/engaged member of a team.
Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc.
Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Grain Grading knowledge is a plus.
