Park Services Supervisor - CPSW

Basic Function Clementon Park & Splash World is seeking a reliable, motivated Park Services Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Supervise and support the Park Services team during daily operations Ensure park grounds, restrooms, and guest areas remain clean and well‑maintained Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily check‑ins Perform routine inspections of park facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards Provide training, coaching, and corrective direction to staff Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly Coordinate with other departments as needed to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods Weekend, evening, and holiday availability Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs #J-18808-Ljbffr IB Parks and Entertainment
