Number of Beds: 350
Patient Ratios: 25:1
This unit is focused on case management and operates with a dedicated team consisting of Case Managers (CM), Social Workers (SW), and a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) coordinator.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Travelers will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy, which includes working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
This workplace boasts a collaborative team environment and state-of-the-art technology, enhancing the overall patient care experience. Candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and development while serving a diverse patient population.
