Auto Collision Estimator: Customer-Centric Claims Liaison

The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, including communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Responsibilities Document every customer interaction accurately and update with pertinent details. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and delivering excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics. Follow WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery. Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone. Understand required insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support team members as needed. Attend trainings, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager; participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required. Possess knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines; maintain basic computer skills; comply with DRP requirements. Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. Basic computer skills; awareness of where to find answers; ability to comply with DRP requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience; valid driver’s license; willingness to complete I-CAR training.
