Warehouse Operations Lead / Systems Support Coordinator – Bilingual Preferred

Grace Staffing C&C is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and solutions-oriented Warehouse Operations Lead / Systems Support Coordinator to work on-site at one of our warehouse and logistics clients in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, is comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology, and can troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues. This person should be flexible, organized, and willing to assist wherever needed, including supporting employees, supervisors, customers, and warehouse operations.

This is not a remote position. It is a 100% on-site role inside the client’s warehouse.

Responsibilities

·         Serve as a point of contact between warehouse employees, floor supervisors, management, and the logistics team.

·         Assist with supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities.

·         Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the shift.

·         Troubleshoot basic system, computer, scanner, printer, and equipment-related issues.

·         Assist employees with login problems, system access, data entry, and other basic technical issues.

·         Monitor workflow and help ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.

·         Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other systems to track information, communicate updates, and prepare basic reports.

·         Respond to emails, messages, and operational inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·         Perform additional administrative, technical, and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Previous experience as a warehouse lead, team lead, supervisor, operations coordinator, or similar role.

·         Experience working with warehouse, logistics, inventory, or order-processing systems.

·         Ability to troubleshoot basic computer, scanner, printer, login, and system-related issues.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

·         Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to multitask and handle different responsibilities throughout the day.

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

·         Professional, dependable, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.

·         Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

·         Verifiable authorization to work in the United States.

·         Availability to work on-site and overtime when required.

Position Details

Location: Little Ferry, NJ – Client’s warehouse
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:20 AM–4:50 PM; overtime as needed
Pay: starting 18-20/hr based on experience
Job Type: Full-time position through Grace Staffing C&C
Work Setting: 100% on-site; this is not a remote position
