Overview Outpatient Health & Wellness Center- Rochester Hills. Corewell Health physical therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages that have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness. Scope of Work The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PTs provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards. Standard Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred. Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required. BLS certification required. Location & Schedule Primary Location: Health & Wellness Center Rochester Hills – 1555 S Blvd East – Rochester Hills. Employment Type: Full time. Shift: Day (United States of America). Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40. Hours of Work: 8:00am-7:00pm. Days Worked: Monday - Friday.
