We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract IT Recruiter to join our growing staffing team as an Independent Contractor . This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity focused on placing IT professionals in contract and contract-to-hire roles.

Compensation


This position offers a generous commission split on successfully placed contract consultants. There is no cap on earnings, providing substantial income potential for recruiters who consistently source and place quality IT talent.


As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and recruiting activities while leveraging our client opportunities.


Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and qualify IT professionals for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Match qualified candidates to client requirements
• Coordinate candidate submissions and interview processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Track recruiting activity and candidate status throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Previous IT recruiting or technical staffing experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a commission-only environment
