ROLE DESCRIPTION: Shane Andrus - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Take payments from customers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Our office is located in Paducah, KY.
• Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Murray State University.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
