Field Service Technician I Hourly Range: $18.00 to $20.00 depending on experience. Summary Driven by purposeful work, you will traverse the Charlotte, NC area and be the hero in every office you step into. Multiple times a day you will be the answer to your clients' issues by bringing innovative, game‑changing solutions for their print management needs. As the Field Service Technician, you will make a positive impact on the business and our customers by maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment throughout the territory. Your core focus will be to provide on‑site technical support and maintenance for black and white, color, and multifunctional printers, copiers, and other devices at customer locations. Success in this role will build cross‑functional expertise and business acumen, opening doors for future career growth at Toshiba.
