Responsibilities And Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Review invoice registers to ensure correct G/L coding Update monthly project schedules, loan & interest schedules Maintain General Ledger Prepare monthly financial statements Provide year-end reports & schedule for annual audits Research and reclassify expense accounts Assist accounting department as needed Education And Experience Requirement(s) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred 1-3 years of related Accountant work experience. Knowledge/Skills Requirement(s) Extensive problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and confidentiality in daily operations. Excellent database and reporting expertise, including advanced Excel, Outlook; Yardi is a plus.
