Business Development Representative (BDR) – 603BTC Recruitment Division Location: Remote (U.S. preferred, flexible) Type: 100% Commission Only Focus: Permanent Placement Recruiting (Perm Roles Only) About Us 603btc.com is expanding its recruitment division, focused on connecting top-tier talent with high-quality permanent opportunities. We are now seeking entrepreneurial Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us break into new accounts and generate requisitions for our recruiting team. The Opportunity This is a pure commission-based opportunity designed for self-starters who want uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for opening new client relationships and driving hiring demand (job requisitions) that our recruiters will fill. This role is especially well-suited for: Experienced sales or recruiting professionals Individuals already employed full-time seeking supplemental income Anyone with a strong network or ability to generate new business quickly What You’ll Do Identify and prospect new companies with hiring needs Build relationships with hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders Secure new permanent job requisitions for our recruitment team Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of roles Consistently generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking) Compensation 100% commission-based role High earning potential with uncapped commissions Commission rates are negotiable based on experience and performance Pay tied directly to successfully secured and worked requisitions What We’re Looking For Proven ability in sales, recruiting, or business development (preferred but not required) Strong outbound prospecting skills Comfortable working independently and on commission-only structure Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation Ability to communicate and build trust quickly with decision-makers Experience in staffing/recruiting is a plus, but not required Why This Role No ceiling on earnings Flexible schedule (work it alongside your current job if needed) Direct impact on revenue and growth Opportunity to build long-term residual income through client relationships Work with a lean, fast-moving recruitment team Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: Can open doors quickly Isn’t afraid of cold outreach Wants upside instead of a capped salary Enjoys controlling your own income Knows how to turn conversations into business opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
