Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional state, and individual needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client's distinct goals and therapeutic needs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Track and document clients' progress diligently, adjusting approaches based on clinical outcomes and feedback. Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support is available when needed. Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client privacy. Continuously stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and research in mental health treatment to provide informed care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds who seek support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. As a counselor at Rosewood, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of guiding these individuals through their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and empowering them to achieve their personal goals. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or an equivalent field is required. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory. Ability to demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills essential for effective treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to the well-being of clients. Capability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a collaborative clinical team. Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practice. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of experience as a licensed mental health professional in a relevant field is required.
