Job Title: Production Worker

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
• Perform quality checks using basic measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
• Meet daily production goals and performance standards
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed
• Report any equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to (25–50 lbs)
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Janesville,WI.
