WhatYou’llDo:
AsClinicalDirector,youwillensurepatientcareiscoordinated,deliveredappropriately,andalignedwithhospicephilosophyandregulatorystandards.
Youwill:
- ReviewreferralsandassesseligibilityincollaborationwiththeMedicalDirector.
- Assign,support,andmentorinterdisciplinaryclinicalstaff.
- Conducthomevisits,recordreviews,andcaseconferencestoensurehigh-qualitycare.
- Guidecliniciansinestablishingtherapeuticgoalsandindividualizedplansofcare.
- LeadQAPIandperformanceimprovementinitiatives.
- Supporthiring,onboarding,andongoingstaffdevelopment.
Thisisahands-onleadershiprole—notjustoversight,butmentorshipandclinicalpartnership.

- LicensedRNwithcurrentMissouri licensure.
- Hospiceorhomecareexperience(supervisoryexperiencepreferred).
