Crown Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Director to lead our Creve Coeur clinical team. This is an opportunity for a strong hospice nurse leader who wants to do more than manage schedules and documentation. You’ll have a voice in clinical operations, the opportunity to develop your team, and organizational leadership that values collaboration and supports local decision‑making. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and support the interdisciplinary clinical team Oversee quality patient care, clinical coordination, and regulatory compliance Partner with the Medical Director and leadership on complex clinical needs Guide nurses in pain and symptom management and end‑of‑life care Lead clinical quality, QAPI, staff development, and performance improvement Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospice care Who We’re Looking For Hospice experience strongly preferred Clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and pain/symptom management skills A leader who can balance compassion, accountability, and team development Why Crown Hospice?
