Job Title: Lead Development Representative – Outbound B2B -Hybrid
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour + performance bonuses
Position Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (B2B schedule)
Join TTEC’s award-winning team and deliver exceptional B2B customer experiences. In this role, you’ll engage warm leads, consult with small to mid-sized businesses, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver solutions that drive value and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospects through outbound calls and consultative communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored business solutions
- Drive sales and support revenue growth through strategic engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and improve customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 1+ year call center or outbound sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with multiple systems and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
