Therapeutic Project Delivery Head

IQVIA seeks a strategic leader to oversee global clinical project delivery across CNS, cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic therapeutic areas. The role ensures successful program execution, portfolio governance, cross-functional alignment, and exceptional client outcomes while partnering with therapeutic area leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio health, delivery performance, and financial outcomes across studies and customers
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on common delivery objectives and operational standards
- Serve as senior delivery leader in customer governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and escalations
- Monitor and mitigate portfolio-level risks while championing project management best practices
- Coach and mentor operational oversight leaders to build accountability and continuous improvement culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- 15+ years of clinical research experience with significant leadership background
- Portfolio and program management expertise
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- Strategic risk management and quality oversight capabilities
- Financial forecasting and resource planning proficiency
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $120,400–$477,400 base
