Job Description Requirements: 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years leading AMS/ADM and production support engagements. Strong Insurance domain expertise with hands-on experience supporting Guidewire BillingCenter. Deep knowledge of billing operations including invoicing, payments, collections, delinquency, commissions, reconciliations, and financial transactions. Experience managing large global support teams in a 24x7 delivery model. Strong understanding of Guidewire integrations with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, payment gateways, GL systems, portals, and middleware. Expertise in incident management, problem management, batch monitoring, release coordination, root cause analysis, and service governance. Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud, APIs, security controls, audit requirements, and managed services support models. Experience driving SLA/KPI performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, observability, automation, reliability, and continuous service improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Guidewire BillingCenter/Cloud Certifications.
