Production Operator - Night Shift

Position Description Keter (ADAMS MFG), a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molded consumer products, is seeking Machine Operator/Assembly Team members for our Portersville, PA location. The role involves handling product as it comes out of injection molding machines, evaluating quality before trimming, labeling, assembling, and packing, following procedures. This position offers opportunity for career growth, personal skill development, and pay advancement. Hours & Compensation Hours: 7pm – 7am, 12-hour shifts. Rotating schedule – 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off; working 15 days per month with every other weekend off. Night shift offers a $2/hour shift differential. Starting wage: $19/hour (includes $2/hour shift differential for nights). Responsibilities Maintain workflow by keeping up with the pace set by the molding machine’s output. Monitor part quality continuously, according to the quality procedure sheet, quality samples, and the production supervisor. Perform necessary operations such as trimming, labeling, assembling, stacking, packing, etc. Verify label and stack/package accuracy. Notify supervisor or mold/process technician of any problems or issues. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to walk and stand for 12 hours. Attention to detail. Ability to push, pull, lift, move and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to frequently reach overhead. Ability to frequently stoop, bend, and kneel. Requires hand and finger dexterity. Work Environment Fast paced manufacturing (paced to machines). Interaction with other team members. Exposure to dirt, dust, and airborne particles. Requires wearing PPE (Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Cutting Gloves, and sleeves). #J-18808-Ljbffr Keter
