Designer Location: New York, NY (In-Office 4 Days a Week, Remote Fridays) Department: Creative Team Reports To: Design Director(s) Salary Range: $67,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary (Exempt Full-Time) About the Role: Bubble is seeking a Designer to join the creative team. In this role, your goal will be to assist in building and maintaining a compelling brand identity everywhere Bubble shows up. As a Designer, you will work closely with senior team members to execute dynamic design solutions, ensuring our visual work remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with our core brand strategy. You will collaborate with Creative, Retail, DTC, Marketing, and Product teams to solve design challenges and produce high-quality creative work across digital, print, packaging, and retail channels. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Design Execution: Bring brand strategy to life by producing creative visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and retail collateral. Brand Identity: Maintain and consistently apply Bubble’s unique visual identity across all platforms, helping ensure brand alignment across customer touchpoints. Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, senior designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams. Receive feedback constructively and collaborate effectively across departments. Product & Packaging Design: Support senior designers in ideating, layout formatting, and preparing production-ready artwork for packaging design projects. Retail Display Design: Assist in executing eye-catching retail graphics and display elements for Ulta, Boots, Walmart, and future retail partners. Detail Obsessed: Adhere strictly to packaging specifications, brand guidelines, and visual design standards. Ensure visual consistency across deliverables. Idea Generation: Contribute fresh, creative concepts and design solutions to tackle brand challenges and engage Bubble’s target audience. Market Research: Keep up to date with visual design trends, beauty sector dynamics, and competitor brand strategies. Expectations & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in graphic/visual design within beauty,lifestyle, wellness, startup, or agency environments A portfolio demonstrating strong skills in brand identity, packaging, and digital design for modern consumer brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma Excellent communication skills, both digital and in-person.
