Job Summary A Food Process Operativeis responsible forassistingin the preparation, cooking, packaging, and quality controloffoodproducts.Thisrole ensuresthatproductionstandards,safetyguidelines,and hygiene practices are strictly followed to deliver high-quality food items efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operatefood productionmachineryandequipmentin compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)and FDA regulations. Prepareingredientsaccordingtorecipesandproductionguidelines. Monitorthequalityandconsistencyoffoodproducts. Maintaincleanliness andsanitation standards in the work areaincludingtoolsandequipment. Followallsafetyandhealthregulations,includingproperfoodhandlingandstorage. Packandlabelfinishedproductsaccurately. Assistininventorymanagementbytrackingsuppliesandingredients. Collaboratewithteammembersandsupervisorstomeet productiongoalsandmaintainworkflow efficiency. Readandunderstandproduction records. Reportanyequipmentmalfunctions,peopleor foodsafetyhazardsimmediately. Occupational Health and Safety Adopt a cultureofsafeworking. Follow allCompanyHealthandSafetyPoliciesandProcedures.
