This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who excel in their role and demonstrate reliability and commitment.Job OverviewThis role involves maintaining cleanliness in a dusty environment, with tasks including sweeping and shoveling feed. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.Good physical condition to handle extensive walking and stair climbing.Capability to follow oral and written instructions.Effective communication skills for one-on-one and group situations.Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods.Pass a forklift training test (Note: forklift operation is not required).Compliance with all safety guidelines.Steel-toed shoes are mandatory.Respirator use is required.PreferencesHigh School Diploma or GED.Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.Familiarity with using company computer equipment and systems.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some Saturdays and potential overtime.Ready to make a difference and be part of a supportive team?
