What You’ll Do

As the first smiling face families see, you’ll play a big part in creating a positive experience! Your responsibilities include:

• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling & managing appointments
• Answering phones & sending emails
• Working in dental software
• Filing charts & scanning paperwork
• Communicating with patients and families
• Collaborating with the dental team to maintain a smooth and full schedule
