Production Manager
Ampac Holdings, LLC
ProAmpac, part of Ampac Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in our flexible packaging facility. This role oversees production lines, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. The Production Manager will implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive root-cause problem solving. Responsibilities include coaching and developing supervisors and operators, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, collaborating with maintenance and quality, and supporting new product and technology introductions in an advanced manufacturing environment.
