Receiving Coordinator

Description The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, verifying and documenting incoming materials, supplies and products. This role ensures that all received goods match purchase orders and shipping documentation, are properly recorded in inventory systems and are distributed to the appropriate locations. The Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse and production operations. Requirements Essential Duties And Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips and bills of lading Inspect shipments for damages, shortage or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately record received materials in inventory management systems Label, sort and route materials to designated storage or production areas Maintain organized receiving and storage areas Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality and production teams regarding received materials Prepare and maintain receiving records and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Rosti Group
