Entry Level Recruiter

As a member of the NDX Recruiting Team, the Recruiter will work closely with NDX leadership, partnering to achieve hiring targets both as a TEAM and individually. What You'll Do: Full lifecycle recruiting candidates include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance. Support NDX growth by recruiting professionals who deliver superior client-service, are great communicators, problem solvers and embody a collaborative spirit. Possess an evolving understanding of NDX culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service to source, recruit and hire top talent. Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM (Bullhorn), social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates. Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities within CRM (Bullhorn) Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations to optimize the recruiting process over time. Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration Requirements: 0-2 years of professional experience. Preferred experience in retail, customer service, athletics Build solid, effective working relationships with others both internally and externally Work independently with minimum supervision Effective communicator Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion Strong marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr NDX Human Capital Solutions
