Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients following facility protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate fetal heart rate patterns and manage labor and delivery processes.
• Administer medications including IVs and manage C-section circulations as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Circulate for C-section procedures and manage postpartum care as needed.
• Document patient care and chart electronically using the Epic system.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• AHA ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience with recent experience.
• Experience in postpartum care and ability to circulate for C-sections.
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and float between facilities.
