AutoCAD Drafter
Are you interested in immediate project-based work and have experience creating and updating facility drawings in regulated manufacturing environments? This 3-month contract AutoCAD Drafter opportunity could be a great fit for you.
This position is with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Englewood, CO that is seeking support for a facility improvement project. In this role, you'll work closely with Facilities and Engineering teams to update and maintain architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility drawings throughout the facility.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on project work, facility walkdowns, and working independently to see projects through to completion. You'll have the opportunity to support a highly regulated manufacturing environment while collaborating with engineering, construction, and validation teams on meaningful facility upgrades and improvements.
AutoCAD Drafter Duties:
- Create, update, modify, and maintain architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility drawings using AutoCAD
- Interpret engineering redlines, sketches, and markups and convert them into accurate CAD drawings
- Perform facility walkdowns to verify drawing accuracy and document changes
- Support the creation and maintenance of as-built documentation
- Coordinate drawing revisions with engineering, construction, and validation teams
- Maintain drawing version control and documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible daytime schedule
Pay:
$25-$35/hr. DOE
AutoCAD Drafter Requirements:
- Strong AutoCAD experience
- Experience creating or updating facility, infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, utility, or architectural drawings
- Experience working within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, food, or cosmetics manufacturing
- Understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation controls
- High School Diploma or GED
